You can submit requests regarding your rights under KVKK Article 11 through the methods below. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures.
1. Application channels
You can submit your application through:
- Written application: Omnico Teknoloji A.Ş., Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sok. İstanbul Teknokent No:37/1 İç Kapı No:28, Avcılar / Istanbul (with documents verifying your identity)
- Email: to info@omnico.cx from the email address registered in our systems
2. Required information
For your application to be assessed, please include:
- Full name, and signature for written applications
- Turkish ID number (passport number for foreign nationals)
- Residential or work address for notification
- Email address or phone number for correspondence
- Subject of the request
3. Identity verification
Additional information or documents may be requested to verify that the application belongs to you. Applications on behalf of third parties require a power of attorney with specific authorisation.
4. Conclusion
Your application is answered within 30 days at the latest. If your request is refused, the reasoning is provided in writing; you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
