Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Omnico Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi processes your personal data as data controller within the scope described below.
1. Personal data processed
The following categories of data may be processed within our services:
- Identity and contact details (name, phone, email)
- Voice recordings and conversation transcripts
- Call and interaction data (request type, outcome, duration)
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser information)
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to deliver customer experience services, fulfil requests, measure and improve service quality, comply with legal obligations and ensure security.
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Articles 5 and 6 on the basis of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.
4. Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent required by the service, with technology and infrastructure suppliers bound by confidentiality. Cross-border transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by KVKK.
5. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable legislation, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing and to request remedy of damages.
7. Applications
You may submit requests regarding your rights through the methods described on the Data Subject Requests page. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
