Omnico Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi processes personal data in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The rights of data subjects in the EU are summarised below.

We process data on one of the bases of contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or explicit consent (GDPR Article 6).

2. Data subject rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Restriction of and objection to processing
  • Data portability

3. International transfers

Transfers outside the EU use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate safeguards.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary and protected with technical and organizational measures.
