Voice AI Demo Notice
This notice covers the personal data processed when you use the voice AI demo on omnico.cx, prepared under KVKK Article 10.
1. Data processed
The following data may be processed during a demo call:
- Voice recording and conversation transcript
- Information you share during the conversation
- Technical data: connection and session details
2. Purposes
Demo calls may be recorded, transcribed and analysed by AI systems to provide the service, measure technical performance and improve the demo experience.
3. Important notice
Please do not share during the demo:
- Real customer information
- Health data and other special categories of personal data
- Financial details (card numbers, account information)
- Personal data belonging to other people
4. Model training and biometrics
Demo recordings are not used for general-purpose model training; processing is limited to providing the service and evaluating quality. No voice biometrics (voiceprints for identification) are extracted from recordings.
5. Providers and transfers
The demo experience is delivered through cloud infrastructure, speech recognition and large language model providers. Some of these providers are hosted abroad; transfers are made with the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9.
6. Retention
Demo recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default; the period may be updated in line with legal obligations.
