Contact & Demo Request Form Notice
This notice covers the personal data processed when you fill in the contact and demo request forms on omnico.cx, prepared under KVKK Article 10.
1. Data processed
Data you share through the form:
- Full name, company name
- Phone number, email address
- Information you include in your message
- Your commercial message preference and its date
2. Purposes
Your data is processed to receive your demo request, get in touch with you and assess the solution that fits your needs.
3. Legal basis
Processing relies on taking steps towards establishing a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f). Commercial electronic messages are sent only if you tick the consent box on the form, based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Transfers
Form data is transferred to the infrastructure providers we use for customer relationship management, all bound by confidentiality. Where infrastructure hosted abroad is used, transfers are made with the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9.
5. Retention
Form records are retained for 12 months by default; the period may be updated where a business relationship is established or legal obligations require.
