ROI Calculator Notice
This notice covers the personal data processed when you use the ROI calculator on omnico.cx, prepared under KVKK Article 10. The ROI calculator is a lead and callback request tool; your contact details are used to get in touch with you.
1. Data processed
Data you share through the calculator:
- Full name, company name, phone, email
- Operational data: monthly call and message volumes, the parameters you enter and the calculation results
2. Purposes
Your data is processed to present the calculation results, get in touch with you and assess the solution that fits your needs. Operational data is stored with your request to prepare for the conversation.
3. Legal basis
Processing relies on taking steps towards establishing a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f).
4. Transfers and retention
Records are kept with our infrastructure providers under confidentiality and retained for 12 months by default; the period may be updated where a business relationship is established or legal obligations require.
